French toast with a twist
What you need:
- Bread of your choice
- Two eggs (per 3 pieces of bread)
- Vanilla
- Oil or butter for the pan
- Pumpkin puree (you can substitute banana or squash if you like)
- Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
What you do:
- Beat your eggs
- Add pumpkin puree about 2 heaping tablespoons full to you eggs.
- Add a few drops of vanilla and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
- Mix until smooth.
- Dip your bread into the batter and put into your skillet.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup.
